Swimming

Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday saw a record heat wave here in Southern CA. It's so interesting to me to hear about my friends wanting to see Spring weather where they are when we have multiple days in a row where the temperature is literally 100 degrees. The heat did bring some fun with it though. We got out Noah's new swimming pool and put it to the test.

Noah loved being in the poolm but I'm not surprised. He loves bath time and this was essentially a giant, cool bath tub. After the first time we tried the swim diapers, we put those aside. Noah prefers to skinny dip. ;) It was awfully cute to see him play. We had a good time and at the end he was completely tuckered out and needed a nap. I think this trial period bodes well for the rest of a long, hot summer.
