Meeting all the Elberts and Briggs

Probably the best benefit of our trip, after seeing Katie marry Rich, was how Noah got to meet my entire family. Before this trip he had only met his grandparents and my siblings. Now, he had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful relatives and spend some QT being cuddled by everyone! It was so neat to watch everyone love Noah, chat with him, and get to know him a little bit. I was so impressed with how well he adapted to being held by so many new people in such a short period of time. After just a tiny bit of shyness the first morning, Noah was all smiles and warmth for everyone. While I wasn't able to get pictures of every single family member holding Noah, I think you will see I didn't do too badly. Above Noah enjoyed our first morning's breakfast with the bride-to-be, his Grammie and Grandpa, and for the first time, his great grandfather, Bud.
This is one of my favorite pictures from the entire weekend. I love the light as Uncle Andrew spends time chatting with Noah.Aunt Katie, (Almost) Uncle Rich, and Bud catch up with Noah at a luncheon where Katie's family was able to meet Rich's family for the first time. It was so fun to meet all of the Enos's!Playing with Uncle Andrew's hat. Such silly boys!Noah took to my cousin Jessica very quickly. She had a great way with him and they were a natural fit! Do you see this little flirt with the modeling pose? He kills me! :)My Grandmother's first time meeting the first great grandson in the family. It was a very special moment.Grandpa is already being a bad influence on Noah. Who gave him that beer anyway? My Uncle Steve getting in on the game. He is working on Noah's fist pounding here.My Aunt Merrilee and Noah sharing secrets at the beach. My cousin Matthew holding Noah.My Aunt Nancy saying hello for the first time.Noah completely tuckered out on Grammie's lap at Aunt Katie's Bridal Brunch. My cousin Stephanie holding Noah while Jessica and Uncle Andrew trade some laughs.Uncle Dan holds his nephew and Godson moments before the wedding. Don't they look handsome together?
